At IntelGoons, we take pride in getting your order out the door as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
- Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped the same business day or the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Some products may have extended processing times. If this is the case, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time selected at checkout.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location, package size, and the selected shipping service.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, IntelGoons offers free shipping promotions.
When a free shipping promotion is applied, the order will ship using the most economical shipping method that reasonably meets our delivery standards, regardless of the shipping method selected during checkout. This allows us to continue offering free shipping while keeping costs sustainable.
For example, if Overnight or Express shipping is selected during checkout while using a free shipping promotion, your order may instead be shipped via Ground Advantage, Ground, or another standard shipping service at our discretion.
Customers who require expedited shipping should purchase the desired shipping service without using a free shipping promotion.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless the shipping service specifically includes a delivery guarantee.
IntelGoons is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, peak shipping seasons, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
